We are very proud of our academy primary schools in Essex. Each school has its own unique identity and as a Multi-Academy Trust, we are dedicated to ensuring this is maintained. We have formed a strong bond with each of our schools, and we operate as a tight-knit community that shares insights, offers guidance and provides support.
Being a part of Vine Schools Trust provides so many opportunities to grow. There is support in every direction and I have felt welcomed as a part of the community from the day I joined. The Trust’s clear vision and commitment to school improvement leads the way and I have benefited from a huge range of CPD and career development opportunities that I never even realised I needed. We will always strive to improve pupil welfare, which is why our Wellbeing and Safeguarding Lead collaborates with our schools directly to make impactful and effective changes.
Vine Schools Trust has an extensive Continued Professional Development (CPD) Offer available for it’s staff. The offer has courses available for all professional stages from early career teachers all the way to those experienced in headship.
