Congratulations to Colne Engaine C of E Primary School for their fantastic ‘GOOD’ outcome from Ofsted.
The report praised the school as “a warm and welcoming school at the heart of the local community” where pupils “work hard to achieve the very best they can”.
The Ofsted inspector also made note of the school’s ethos, which is guided by their ‘ERICER’ values, empathy, responsibility, integrity, compassion, equality and respect.
They said the pupils “care deeply about why it is important to live by these values and seek to show them in everything they do at school.”
Samantha Dunne, Headteacher at Colne Engaine C of E Primary School, shared “I am so proud that the Ofsted report reflects the warm, welcoming and wonderful community our school is and how our children are compassionate and show integrity in all they do.
“Our broad and exciting curriculum means we prepare our children well for their future. We strive to ensure our children become happy, confident learners that believe they can really make a difference in the world now and in the future.”
Well done to all the staff and pupils for this brilliant outcome and such a glowing report.
